Sounds like the subscription will be the perfect thing to tide me over until your book comes out. Can’t wait!

Sohla! I loved The Big Brunch. Like on The Great British Baking Show, the contestants were just so supportive of and lovely to each other. And you all were obviously invested in them, so clearly wanting to see them do their best. The food was incredible and the whole vibe just made my heart HAPPY. I hope you do another season.

Yay, more newsletter recipes (and 2023 cookbook)! We made your harissa & beer broiled shrimp for NYE and it was so dang easy and good.

Also I am notoriously anti-brunch as a concept on the grounds that a) I know how to make eggs exactly how I like them, b) there's no wait in my own kitchen, and c) having to talk to *anyone* before breakfast and coffee is my own personal hell, but TBB was nonetheless one of my favorite pieces of television this year. Everything about it was so thoughtful, from selecting early-career contestants to the challenge design to the genuinely constructive critiques to y'all's chemistry at judging. Here's hoping we get to see Xia whip up the perfect whiskey-forward cocktail called The Vito for S2.

I loved the Big Brunch! Hoping for many, many more seasons!

Re recipe ideas, you don’t happen to know any Crohn’s disease friendly recipes do you πŸ™ƒ a year ago I was diagnosed with a severe form of Crohn’s and I’ve been eating the same 5 meals for about a year while I try and heal the damage done from years without a diagnosis. Everything I have googled includes foods I am unable to eat. Alongside a terribly fussy 8yo, I dread mealtimes!!!!!!
