Uh this looks delicious and the people who say it looks bad don’t deserve to eat it. Most of the coziest, filling, most delicious food doesn’t look “IG perfect” and most folks are okay with that! They can go eat nonsense if they want😂
A lot of my favorite foods look completely like bowls of mush because I love Nutritious Pastes, that are usually a bowl of grain and legume and probably cabbage. I know they are amazing and that’s what matters
I have a serious love affair with all things fesenjān & sweet potato, so happily adding this to my sweet & sour clutch of favorites (fesenjān with: eggplant, butternut squash, lamb meatballs, chicken thighs, or pork carnitas are the happy cross overs I enjoy). Can hardly wait to dig in (had to censor Go to Brown Town there, but I think Y'all get it 😂)

Swapped in veggie stock and fig balsamic (for pomegranate molasses) otherwise I made it as written and this was SO GOOD. Clean plate club. Keeping this recipe on hand forever

I recommend giving the sweet p’s a chance! But also think this would work well with a small cabbage cut into quarters
